Angel Vazquez

I am a 35 year old UX designer, artist, and musician born in Puerto Rico and raised state side. Growing up completely right brained and artistic, I found a passion for drawing and music after discovering I excelled at both. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in web design (BFA) from the Art Institute of Atlanta in 2012 and am currently working on my Masters (MS) degree in Interactive Media and Communications with a focus in UX design at Quinnipiac university. I have been working full time in the digital design field for 9 years. I currently work for Cole Engineering. I am the Senior UI/UX Engineer & Consultant on the program I am working on. I have experience working for global corporations as well as government entities. I use this experience to work, advise, and consult in the UI/UX – Product design field. Apart from my print and web design experience, I use the UX process for problem solving from the ideation phase to prototyping, product launch, and the later phases of the product lifecycle. I am passionate about my craft, and love to use my creativity in combination with my analytical skills to create digital products.
